Last updated: June 2026

⚠️ Placeholder. Draft terms for development. A final, lawyer-reviewed version must replace this before public launch.

Using NeighbourHub

NeighbourHub is a community platform that connects residents, vendors, and local businesses. We are a connector only - we are not party to any transaction, service, or sale arranged between members.

Seller & vendor responsibilities

  • Home food / bakers: you must hold a valid Dubai Municipality home food licence and food-safety approval.
  • Commercial sellers: you must hold a valid e-Trader / DED Trader licence.
  • Vendors & shops: you must hold your own valid trade licence.
  • Residents selling personal items: items must be your own and lawful to sell.

You are responsible for your own legal and licensing compliance. NeighbourHub does not verify licences and accepts no liability for members' goods, services, or conduct.

Payments

NeighbourHub does not process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange and settle payment directly between themselves. Always inspect goods and confirm details in person.

Acceptable use

Be respectful. No illegal, restricted, or prohibited items or services. No spam or misuse of contact details. We may remove content or accounts that breach these terms.
