Who we are
NeighbourHub is operated by Carnelian Technologies L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE). We provide a community platform that connects residents with each other and with local businesses.
What we collect
With your consent, we collect only what is needed to run the community: your name, unit/villa, email, optional WhatsApp/phone, profile photo, bio, skills, social links, and the posts, listings, events, follows and preferences you create. We do not collect Emirates ID/passport numbers, precise location, or sensitive personal data.
How we use it
To display your profile to neighbours, let signed-in members contact you, power community notifications you opt into, and keep the platform safe. Your contact details are only shown to signed-in members.
Your rights (PDPL)
You may access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent (including turning off notifications or hiding your profile) at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Data security
We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. Contact details are gated behind sign-in.
